Thomas Bauer is a Certified SUCCESS Consultant. He studied industrial engineering, majoring in mechanical engineering, at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Following his studies, he worked as a research assistant focusing on logistics at the University of St. Gallen. After serving as a consultant for the introduction of ERP systems, he worked as a project manager and branch manager at MIK GmbH, Constance, a provider of Business Intelligence solutions. Since 2002, Mr. Bauer has served as managing director of MCG Management Consulting Gesellschaft mbH in Mannheim. He has been involved with the topic of Business Intelligence for more than 16 years. Sven Bayer, Diplom-Informatiker

Sven Bayer is a Certified SUCCESS Consultant. He has worked over three years as a consultant and developer of complex reporting portals based on Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, and Sharepoint. He is a senior consultant and the head of the reporting department at ixto GmbH in Berlin. He utilizes the experience he has gained in numerous Business Intelligence projects to create highly concentrated dashboards and scorecards as well as to advise clients in the design and implementation of comprehensive information systems, which part of the focus of his work. Uwe Brück, Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker
Uwe Brück is a Certified SUCCESS Consultant. Since 2002, he has worked as an independent consultant, trainer, and author. He advises companies on the implementation of their controlling with SAP software. He works as a trainer for SAP, Management Circle, and the Swiss Federal Railways SBB. As a trainer and consultant, he addresses topics such as SAP CO, SAP BI, and Business Administration for Managers. As an author, he has published several articles and reference books. Jörg Decker is a senior consultant and team leader in the Reporting and Information Design department at pmOne AG. In addition to consulting, he is also jointly responsible for the further development of OneBoard, an Excel add-in to create professional business charts in Excel based on the SUCCESS Rules. Marcel Ebner is a Certified SUCCESS Consultant. He has worked more than five years as a developer and consultant for Business Intelligence Solutions based on the Microsoft SQL server platform. Jens Fleckenstein, Diplom Betriebswirt (BA), Controller IHK, is a Certified SUCCESS Consultant. He has worked since 1996 as a controller and since 2005 in the Corporate Reporting department at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Auditing Company. The focus of his work is on the further development of reporting frontends at the interface of SAP BW and MS Office.

Michael Gniffke received his degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration in Zurich.
