She studied business administration at the Berufsakademie in Karlsruhe. For over 15 years she has worked at MCG, Management Consulting GmbH in Mannheim, as a consultant and project manager in Business Intelligence. The focus of her work is on the design and creation of OLAP databases, as well as on reporting and cockpit solutions. Tanja Kärcher has supported numerous BI projects in the automotive, banking, service, food, medical technology, non-profit, public administration, and insurance industries.
