After completing his studies (business administration and sociology at Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria), Roman Griesfelder worked ten years in executive positions as a controller and project manager in Switzerland, before switching to management consulting.

He was managing director of HICHERT+PARTNER together with Rolf Hichert in 2010 and 2011.

As of November 1, 2011, he is managing director of aspektum gmbh (www.aspektum.com) in St. Gallen, Switzerland. After three years of close collaboration with Rolf Hichert, Roman Griesfelder will also continue to work in close partnership with him and remain committed to business communication. The focus of aspektum is on SUCCESS. In addition, aspektum will also concentrate on complementary and supplementary topics, for example the TEXT RULES (66 Rules for Successful Business Communication with Texts) and Reporting 2.0 (Why Reporting Today is Unable to Meet the Demands of the Future).

Roman Griesfelder is taking over the lecture and seminar activities relating to SUCCESS and is available for consulting and coaching in the application of SUCCESS in
