A special section is devoted to this topic since exhibits in both management reports as well as business presentations have a substantial practical meaning.
Exhibits are primarily visualizations of mostly complex themes which are hard to convey with verbal explanations ("A picture is worth a thousand words ").

A good exhibit is composed of the following elements:

+unique title (with measure, unit, etc.), more...

+clear message (in a complete sentence), more...

+one chart or several charts, tables or graphs

+appropriate highlighting of the message (circle, arrow, and the like), more...

+the correct notation, more...

Thus, an exhibit is more than a chart, and more than a table or a graph: First a clearly formulated message, a clear title, and the appropriate highlighting of the message in the exhibit actually make an exhibit out of objects such as charts, tables, and graphs. An exhibit is only good when it is able to transport the message to be conveyed – this is the sole purpose of an exhibit. Exhibits always have a message, they always serve a certain purpose, regardless of whether this message can now be read in the exhibit - like we recommend. You will find further information on the Message under the SUCCESS Rule SAY.
