Topics

The topics developed for in-house seminars are normally the same as the topics offered in our open seminars (German site) but, of course, it is also possible to take special requests into consideration. More...

     

Speakers

Our in-house seminars and lectures on SUCCESS are held be Rolf Hichert.

"Realizing Charts with Excel" seminars are held by Holger Gerths, Jörg Knuth and Markus Wolff. Other partners are included for individual topics on a by-case basis.

     
Number of participants
Seminars and workshops are offered in addition to lectures. Workshops give participants an opportunity to take a more active part: Partial tasks are worked out and presented either on an individual basis or in groups. This independent work covers roughly half of the duration of the workshop. Due to the larger number of participants in seminars, participants have less of an opportunity to make and active contribution.
      
Handouts
We either supply the necessary handouts at the client's expense or they can be printed out by the client from the PDF file made available .
     
Languages
Events are held in both German and English.
     

Preparation
A preparatory talk in person prior to our seminars and workshops on SUCCESS, management reports and presentations is recommended to discuss the circle of participants attending and to determine objectives, contents, and schedule in detail. There is no addition charge for this meeting.

No major preparation is required in advance for the individual Excel seminars because they are based on a tried and tested concept.

      

Own example exercises
Often clients provide case examples which then serve as example exercises. This is primarily the case in the seminars SUCCESS, Management Reports and Presentations - but it is, of course, possible to work with neutralized examples.

The Excel Charts seminars are under a tight schedule and it is normally not possible to include customer-specific examples in the course of the seminar.

      
Certification
By request, participants can receive certification of their attendance.
     
Dates
Dates for in-house seminars should be reserved well in advance to allow sufficient time to prepare the content and the schedule.
      
Locations
In-house events are usually held on the client's premises or in external conference rooms organized by the client.
      
Event technology

In this instance, the client is responsible for making sure that the seminar room is equipped with a projector, screen, and flip-chart stand. For Excel seminars, the client provides one computer per seminar participant.

If there are any technical problems, this usually  involves the projection equipment. The projector is either too weak or too loud, and the screen is too small or too far away.
     
Contractual basis
