The Cartoons and the figures Hi and Lo are copyrighted. Participants in seminars held by Prof. Hichert are permitted to use copies of the cartoons and the figures Hi and Lo free of charge for personal or private use or for internal company purposes, provided the owner of the copyright is mentioned (source: www.hichert.com). Any other use, not specifically permitted by copyright law requires the prior written consent of Prof. Hichert. This applies, in particular, to replication for brochures, magazines or other forms of publication, access via Intranet, editing, translation, microfilming and storage, public access, in particular via the Internet, editing or reproduction in databases or other electronic media or systems, as well as use as a module or function in a software product. Photocopies may only be produced in the form of single copies for personal use. Any use beyond the limits determined by Prof. Hichert and copyright law is a violation and may be subject to prosecution.
