5 Implement concept

The ENABLE rule group deals with the practical implementation of all of the other rules (SUCC*SS). In other words, this involves viewing things from a different perspective. SUCCESS is, thus, not only a set of rules on what should be displayed how – rather also on how to put the rules we developed into practice.
As opposed to the other rule groups, this concerns recommendations which have been derived solely from practical experience. And, naturally, this "most ideal realization" depends greatly on the respective objectives and parameters for each application

Build awareness: Realize the need 

If senior management is aware of the potential for improvement that comes from understandable reports and presentations, then they are more likely to decide in favor of undertaking the appropriate measures. If they can also be convinced that this is possible involving either the same amount of time and effort or even less than before, it will make the decision that much easier. Realize the system: People and tools

The practical realization of the rules presented here involves appropriate documentation, solution templates, and training programs for participants and everyone involved. But in addition to staff, appropriate software support is also one of the main considerations, without which the requirements of standardization, data quality, and ease of operation cannot be fulfilled.
