This concerns appropriate internal support and mutual exchange of experience for the subsequent use of the system.

Give centralized support for rules and tools
After gaining initial experience working with the SUCCESS concept, all participants should have easy access to support centers that can provide support pertaining to questions on the layout rules and application of the deployed software.

Present best-of solutions in central data base
After completion of the project and initial successes with the new reports and presentations, the requirements and selected approaches should be developed further. It is then important for all enhancements and new developments to be managed centrally, thus making them available again to all participants.

Learn from the experience of others
Seminars, conference calls, web conferencing, and other media can be used for an internal and external exchange of information. As things continue to develop, above all an exchange with people at other companies should be considered.
